May 31, 2008: The Paradise Keys Recovery House gig successfully introduced the band to its newest fans while recording audio and video tracks.
The band had some fun teasing its new drummer Johnny by straying off the set list and stretching his obvious flexibility under pressure. Johnny's good
humor and easy rapport handled the 1 hour, 15 minute first set with ease. The band would like to thank Paradise Keys for hosting the event.

May 30, 2008: Voodoo Bonedaddy gathered to help out another band set to gig at Pat Murphy's Pub by doing a 2-hour set. With only a 2-day notice,
the 'Daddy's put together a quick set list to showcase the newest 'Daddy to join the band, drummer Johnny Huggins. Johnny wowed the crowd with his
dynamic stick work and double bass action. The crowd joined in with dancing and were generous with the tip bucket. The band utlized their time as they
prepare for a gig the next night, Saturday, May 31.

November 17, 2007: The Russell Moore Music Fest at Rawhide had the band performing before an audience of 800+, and sit-in drummer Craig
Thompson brought his sticks and his "A" game. The band played a short set of songs to an excited audience, and made the crowd scream for more.
(See new pics on the PICTURES page) The festival featured many singers, artisans, dancers, food and fun for everyone.

October 27, 2007: Loaded up the gear for the Parry Halloween Party. This would be the debut performance of drummer Paul Bartlett and he was a
hit with the ladies. The crowd really ate up the musical performance, and everyone enjoy the outstanding food buffet and alcohol choices. The hosts,
Randy and Karen, shared that after 9 years of the annual Halloween fest the decorations may be retired for good. Let's keep our fingers crossed that a
few more Halloween celebrations will be in the future. The band is grateful for the Parry's hospitality.

July 29, 2007: The band readied for the gig at another valley local: Tailgaters Bar and Grill, 6070 West Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053. The Daddy's
asked local drummer Craig Thompson to sit in for the night. The band wants to thank their fans for showing up and supporting them. A special thank
you to the Yellow Freight group. The crowd roared as drummer Craig took a long drum solo and rocked the house. Way to go, Craig! A most sincere
thank you to Craig for sitting in, and making the experience so fun. A real professional musician and a pleasure to work with.

June 1, 2007: Donna Jean's Libations, part deux. This gig would mark the last time the current lineup of Voodoo Bonedaddy would play together.

May 25, 2007: A new place to play. Donna Jean's Libations, 6676 West Bell Road, Glendale, AZ 85308. The crowd was raucous, filled with
Bonedaddy fans, cheering on the band and shaking some stuff on the dance floor. Making a good impression with the bar owner, the band was asked
to fill in the very next Friday night, as a band had cancelled.

May 4 & 5, 2007: Road trip! On to Prescott, AZ., for a weekend gig in the busy town. The weekend activities included a marathon and salsa festival in
Courthouse Square featuring salsa, chihuahua races, and live music celebrating Cinco de Mayo. The band played at Hooligan's Irish Pub on Whiskey
Row. Saturday brought cooler temperatures and SNOW! OMG! Not again. Snow, sleet and rain fell periodically  throughout the day. All in all, a nice
change from the Valley's already hot temps.

April 28, 2007: Bonedaddy Stan's wife, Lisa, put the band in the audition pile for her company's annual picnic.
Offered the gig, the band agreed to play for the two-hour set at the Sport's Complex Park on Hardy Drive. The
TSYS Company Picnic had a large tent with tables for eating, a blowup slide, rock wall, game booths, volleyball
tricycles, hula hoops and a myriad of other fun games and activities to enjoy. A tent was set up as a staging area
for the live music. Voodoo Bonedaddy played first as the crowd arrived and began to have fun. As the wind begin
to pick up and the dust wall (a haboob) hit, everyone pitched in to secure the tents, tables, chairs, food, children
and other equipment. The gusting wind blew over the band's speakers and really wreaked havoc on the whole
scene. As the wind died down, the rain began so the generator's were powered down for everyone's safety. The band only
played for an hour or so, but many compliments were shared about the musicianship and energy. The band stayed for the eats, and supported the next
two musical acts:
Along for the Ride and Shine.

March 10, 2007: The band has played during the El Dorado                                         Bar and Grill's regular Wednesday night blues jam, but on this
Saturday night the featured band. The establishment's regular                                         patrons paid attention to the exciting variety of music the
'Daddy's play. Selling voodoo dolls and giving away skull and                                           crossbones necklaces, the party scene was snapping and the
dance floor was crowded. At the end of the night, the bartender                                        was literally escorting people from the bar so she could close.
Fun night.

February 23 & 24, 2007: Valley fans and friends traveled to Prescott, AZ., to see the Bonedaddy's play. Cool temperatures and flurries of snow
again made the trip memorable. Walking Whiskey Row, sipping hot chocolate and  hanging with good friends. Life is good. Love that breakfast at St.
Michael's Bistro! Yummy.

February 17. 2007: Saturday night at Hail Mary's revealed a small crowd and loyal Bonedaddy fans. The band played a few requests, and threw
down their version of La Bamba/Twist and Shout. The band appreciates owner Scott for providing a nice place to share their music.

January 26, 2007: A night with two gigs? Yep. First the band traveled to Sacaton, AZ., to the fairgrounds for a fair/carnival and set up in a HUGE tent.
The two-hour gig was played to a scattered crowd meandering through the tent. This warmed-up the band for the evening gig at Hail Mary's. The Friday
night after-work crowd cheered and danced until the wee hours. This was a long day and night for the band, with a double move of equipment from one
site to another.

January 19 & 20, 2007: Packed up the gear and the band for a road trip to Prescott, AZ. Will it snow? Driving on icy roads? No ice, and the drive up
was clear and cold. To unload the equipment for the gig, the band parks the truck and U-Haul trailer in the turn lane in front of Hooligan's Irish Pub. The
trek up some seriously steep stairs with hundreds of pounds of equipment isn't too easy. Compound that with cold and snow! Yep, the snow began
falling as soon as the trailer door opened. Beautiful soft-dropping fluffy flakes started covering the ground as the unload began. At least everyone
remembered to bring coats, gloves and hats to keep the chill at bay. A nice change of scene from the valley of the sun. The gig had a varied sized
crowd as the snow prevented a lot of travel in and out of the city proper. Saturday night's crowd was ready to party and the dance floor was kicking up
its own storm.

January 12, 2007: After a hearty meal off the varied menu at Hail Mary's, the band kicked off a stompin' set to a small crowd.

January 6, 2007: Starting the year off with a bang, the band's schedule is full for the month. Returning to Hail Mary's for the first gig of the year, the
'Daddy's try out some new songs and equipment.

December 22 & 23, 2006: On the road again to Prescott, to Hooligan's Irish Pub on Whiskey Row. The band loaded up the U-Haul and set off early
... to avoid the holiday traffic and possible inclement weather.
Fortunately, the weather was perfect. Cold but clear, with a daily dose of sunshine, made the city shine with holiday decorations, lights and shoppers
milling about.
The band recommends the Hotel St. Michael, a charming and quaint hotel ideally located in the heart of downtown Prescott on the Courthouse Plaza.
Check out the web site:
Hotel St. Michael
A lively crowd celebrated the holiday and danced until the last song. Thanks to Pat and Nancy O'Brien, the proprietors of Hooligan's, for welcoming the
band again.
The Bonedaddy crew invite you to Prescott in January (19th and 20th) for a weekend getaway: Stop by Hooligan's to hear the band, stay at Hotel St.
Michael and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

December 9, 2006: Posters and fliers pasted and passed out resulted in a raucous crowd at Hail Mary's. Friend of the band, Neil, set up his portable
recording studio and "rolled tape." Capturing several songs from each of the four sets, Neil generously mixed down a "demo" CD of three songs. This
CD will be used to aid in the booking of the band.

December 2, 2006: "SURPRISE RANDY," the band hollered at the birthday boy, Randy Parry, on the occasion of his 50th (yes, you read it here first
... Randy is 50 and officially 'over the hill') birthday. His wife, Karen, plotted since the Halloween party gig to have the band back to entertain friends and
neighbors.
The band arrived early to set up for the surprise out on the patio. As darkness fell, so did the temperature. Nasty gusts of wind had propane heaters at
full roar, and blankets, mittens and coats were the fashion du jour. Brr.
The Bonedaddy crew played on ... damn the cold and smoke from the fireplace. Dancers must dance, and the booze must flow.
Casino game tables were set up offering blackjack and craps, and prizes were awarded to the high rollers and gamblers.

November 25, 2006: A last-minute request to play at Hail Mary's Ahwatukee, located at 40th St. and Chandler Blvd., was a thumbs-up for the band.
Quick phone calls to friends, family and fellow musicians resulted in a small supportful crowd for the 9:30 p.m. gig.
Restaurant/bar owner Scott polled patrons and workers alike, and has invited the band back to play on Dec. 9.
Everyone is invited to stop in and enjoy the yummy menu, and stay for the music. For directions, call 480-704-1418. The address is 3941 E. Chandler
Blvd. Visit the web site:
Hail Mary's.

October 28, 2006: A private Halloween party, the 8th annual hosted by Randy and Karen Parry, had the band jammin' with nuns, naughty
policewomen, "Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne," witches, vampires, goblins and a clown looking for his lost gas can.
Neighbors and friends enjoyed gallons of margarita's, delicious food and a fun skit featuring nun's dancing a strip tease to "Bad Girls" (beep, beep, uh
toot, toot).
Good contacts made for future gigs. Voodoo Bonedaddy fans should keep an eye on the calendar.

October 21, 2006: Playing outdoors in the chilly air,                      the Bonedaddy's turned up the heat at the Dead Cow Saloon, the site of the 2006
RV Jamboree in Maricopa, AZ. Good food, lot's of beer,                   and a blazing fire pit had party-goers whooping and hollering for more music. And
the band obliged celebrating Oktoberfest and                                   Halloween. Even camels like the blues! Thank you to the hosts, the Faulkner's.

October 6 & 7, 2006: Voodoo Bonedaddy had its debut show at Hooligan's Irish Pub in Prescott, AZ. The two-night booking, on the famed Whiskey
Row, was enjoyed by everyone, and the dance floor was literally shaking.
Thank you to pub owners Pat and Nancy O'Brien for welcoming the Bonedaddy crew.
You're invited to the next show at Hooligan's Irish Pub - Dec. 22 & 23. Come to the high country to hear the band and toast the holiday's.
